You have 60 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Accessories must be returned in their original packaging.

Free Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping on all eligible items. A prepaid return label will be provided upon request—simply pack your item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.

Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days from the date we receive the returned package. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to reflect the credit on your statement.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Intimates, swimwear, and earrings (if the seal is broken)

• Gift cards

• Final sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order at cuyanashop.it.com.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a return and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
